Periodic Mathieu functions plots for several orders and values of q in 3d

Here we present plots of even and odd angular (periodic) Mathieu functions for orders 0-3, q = 0-30 and z = [0, π] for comparison with [1, Fig. 2, p. 235].

This demo uses mathieu_mathieu function.

You can launch it from Scilab menu "? -> Scilab Demonstrations -> Mathieu functions -> Plots of ce, se (z,q) of order 0-3 for q = 0-30 and z = [0, π]".
