.NET component and COM server

Issue 61: Unable to find an entry point named 'isEmptyCommandQueue' in DLL 'sciaction_binding.dll'.

I'm running win 7 x64 with scilab 5.3 (nightly build 
'scilab-master-1275033498') and am trying to get the access to 
scilab functionality by using this project. 
when it's run the following error is shown:
