.NET component and COM server

Issue 1398: Trying to get started with the COM Server

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Downloaded "com-application-server-master.zip"
2. Unzipped file and opened the project in Visual Studio 10.
3. Built the project.
4. Ran the project from within Visual Studio.

Expected result:
I had hoped that it would register itself.

Actual result:
Within scilabWrap.cpp, Line 54,
return (dynlib_Windows_Main)(hInstance, hPrevInstance, lpCmdLine, 
It returned the Error Message:
Unhandled exception at 0x00000000 in ComScilabServer.exe: 
0xC0000005: Access violation.
